Set up a temporary user account in your network with limited privileges — I can talk you through the exact steps.
If using two-factor authentication (2FA) we can share codes on screen in Zoom or Microsoft
Teams.
For websites, simply create a temporary admin user — delete the account when I'm done.
I’m always happy to sign an NDA on request, and can also provide a written summary of the work completed.
I know picking up the phone can feel like the quickest way to get help.
The reason I use a simple online form instead is to make sure I have the right details before we speak.
Here’s why it matters:
The form gives me the basics of your problem in writing, so I don’t miss anything and you don’t have to repeat yourself later.
With the details in hand, I can review your request and reply with an estimate, next steps, and a booking link straight away — rather than needing two or three phone calls.
I may be with another client when your request comes in. The form means you don’t have to wait for me to pick up a call — your request is logged and you’ll get a quicker response by email.
Once your request is in, I’ll usually keep in touch by email, SMS text, or WhatsApp, which are quick, reliable, and don’t interrupt either of us. A phone call will be used if it’s really needed, but that’s the exception rather than the rule — because while calls feel personal, they also break into the working day slowing things down for both of us.

Transparent pricing means you won’t get a surprise bill, but the exact cost will always depend on the specific job. Every job is confirmed in writing before I start, so you’ll always know what to expect. A fixed price can be agreed if you need to work to a budget. Parts are billed separately, and I will advise you of likely costs when known.
Every business has a preferred way of paying invoices, so I offer 4 convenient payment methods.
Here’s a quick overview:
Your final bill will show our banking details.
You have 14 days to settle.
An email address for PayPal payment is shown on your bill. If you don't have a PayPal account you can use any card.
You can make payment when I am on-site with card if easier via my portable Square payment terminal.
If you prefer, I can accept cash.
You'll received your itemised final bill by email.
All work is undertaken without pre-payment. All tasks are itemised separately on your final bill. I prefer online payment methods, within 14 days of work completion. I am a VAT-registered business.
